Plumbing Service Field Supervisor

George Brazil Home Services is a leading service and repair contractor in Arizona. During these tough economic times we’re exceeding our growth and revenue goals, as well as surpassing all sales and growth goals previously established within our company. Duties: (Including but not limited to.)

  • Educate and develop technicians to increase work and sales skills.
  • Substantial experience in the use of flat rate pricing.
  • Ability to teach the proper use of flat rate pricing to technicians for client benefit.
  • Provide second opinions on technicians’ jobsite.
  • Run own service calls
  • Create and maintain a teamwork environment.
  • Provide field technical support by phone or jobsite visits.
  • Handle client concerns by jobsite visits as necessary.
  • Conduct daily jobsite surveys.
  • Observes and ensure technicians in the field are following all safety practices.
  • Work to maintain the highest level of client satisfaction possible,
  • Assists technicians in closing sales.
  • Keeps management apprised of all issues in the field.
  • Follows up on technician recalls/callbacks.

Additional Skills:

  • Ability to use a personal computer and has working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Ability to use general office equipment, such as telephone, fax machine, printer and copier.
  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills; ability to relate to others.
  • Advanced verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Requirements:

  • Must pass a thorough background check, physical, and drug screening program.
  • Must have a current and clean Arizona motor vehicle report.
  • Be able to provide verifiable employment history preferably with letters of recommendation from previous employers.
  • Thrive in a teamwork environment.

Compensation:
Compensation will be commensurate with the qualifications, skills and abilities of the person chosen for this position.
