Air Conditioning and Heating Service Warranties

Our technicians are factory trained and certified to do all repairs for factory warranties in most major brands.
If our repair fails, we will fix or replace that part at no charge. All we require is that you keep your system properly maintained with a George Brazil maintenance agreement.
If you desire to maintain the system yourself or through a different service provider, all repairs still remain covered by our standard 90 day parts and labor warranty effective from the date repairs were made.
If a one, two or three year VIP maintenance agreement is purchased along with the part, then the parts and labor warranty will be carried through your VIP contract length, up to three years based on renewal.

Plumbing Service Warranty

General Plumbing Repairs - 1 year parts and labor
Water Heaters - 6 yr, 12 yr, and lifetime warranties available
Drain (Waste) Line Clearing - 30 days (no warranty on removal of roots)
Main Water Line Replacement - 1 year parts & labor (copper pipe) - 1 year parts and labor - on Pex (polyethylene)
